If you are a fan of the fillet-o-fish like I am, you would know the best bite of the sandwich is the gooey hot centre. The tartar sauce melts the cheese and takes an otherwise sub-par fast food fish fillet and turns it into magical goodness! Accordingly, I ordered mine with extra tartar sauce to drench those fillets. It turned into a beautiful thing!
